ANNOUNCEMENT - Photo Contest
Deadline
The deadline for submission of entries to the Jacobs Tree Surgery 2011 photo contest "Most Ridiculous Mulch Volcano" will be November 30, 2011. After that date, the entries will be judged based on the broad criteria outlined in the original announcement. Judging will be done by a panel of employees and associates of Jacobs Tree Surgery, and also by the public by way of popular voting by email.
If you haven't entered yet, better hurry! The prizes are worth the effort. First prize is a $500.00 gift certificate from Jacobs Tree Surgery that the winner may use for payment on any Jacobs Tree Surgery invoice. (Or, if you win it you could even sell it or give it to someone you love) In the event that the winner can't use a gift certificate-such as someone who lives far away-he may opt for a cash prize of $250.00 instead. Second prize is a certificate for $250.00 (same deal) and third is $150.00.
The entries so far are posted on jacobstreesurgery.com if you'd like to see the competition!
Thanks to all who have entered for helping me ridicule this terrible practice of MULCH VOLCANOES!
